About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Actuarial Analyst to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career as an actuary — Ando will support you every step of the way with comprehensive study and exam assistance.

You’ll partner with teams across the business to develop smart analytical solutions that help drive decision-making. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fresh-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with your manager and portfolio managers in providing analysis, insights, and support for data driven decision making.
• Conduct statistical modelling and data analysis to evaluate claims, premiums, risks, and trends.
• Prepare and present reports to communicate insights to key stakeholders including senior management.
• Collaborate across the wider business including underwriting, claims, IT, data, and finance teams to ensure delivery of business objectives.
• Stay up to date with developments in data analytics and emerging trends in insurance.
