• Permanent full time working 40 hours per week
• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate without any conditions on scope / practice with experience in Diabetes care

As part of Health NewZealand, Te Tai o Poutini, you will play a pivotal role in advancing diabetic care,fostering collaboration, and leading change to deliver exceptional healthcareoutcomes.

This roleis responsible for providing a range of holistic services across the agecontinuum within the community setting; enabling excellence in rural healthoutcomes in alignment with Health New Zealand- Te Tai o Poutini's vision andvalues.
