About the Role

We're seeking an Accounts Administrator in a busy role of processing our accounts payable, receivable and banking for entities within the wider Florenz Group. This encompasses the parent company, Florenz Ltd , as well as its subsidiaries, Xtend-Life Group , Natural Products (NZ) and 2Before Performance Nutrition . Reporting into the Financial Accountant, this is a dynamic role that suits someone who enjoys a challenge of working within a Group structure and being accountable for their part in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the centralised accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking functions for the abovementioned entities
  • Ensure bank accounts are reconciled at the end of each month
  • Manage foreign currency bank accounts and transfers between various bank channels, according to cashflow needs
  • Own the accounts receivable ledger through management of customer terms and conditions, sending monthly statements and performing monthly reconciliation
  • Support the month‑end process from a cost accrual perspective
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Manage onboarding / off‑boarding of staff with HR
  • Be available to step in for payroll if required

About You

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator with a passion for health and wellness. Ideally you will have :

  • Experience using accounting software, preferably in cloud‑based solutions
  • Proven experience across accounts and reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail & problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Full New Zealand working rights
