You'll proactively manage a portfolio of complex MAI personal injury claims , ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines to deliver cost-effective and timely resolutions Key Responsibilities include : Proactively manage a portfolio of complex claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance and timely resolution Partner with the Team Leader and Technical Specialist to develop innovative claims management strategies and drive continuous improvement Engage with stakeholders (including medical providers, legal representatives, and rehabilitation specialists) to resolve claims promptly and effectively Review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to ensure legislative timeframes are met Monitor and adjust claim strategies to reduce duration and cost Assess quantum and estimates using available evidence and procedural requirements Coach and mentor claims advisors to build capability and support sound decision-making Skills
