Job description
A family-owned hospitality business in Taupo seeks a Sous Chef to enhance their culinary team. The ideal candidate must possess a qualification in commercial cookery and at least 2 years of experience in kitchen operations. Responsibilities include running a busy dining service and preparing for functions. Exceptional hygiene standards and knowledge of NZ Food Control Plan are essential. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $32 to $36 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
