Electrical Site Manager

Kirimana is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Ashburton, Canterbury. This full‑time position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential electrical work being carried out within a large commercial development, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of residential electrical crews on a commercial build
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Liaise with clients and site managers to understand requirements and communicate progress
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for residential electrical installations
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to electricians and apprentices
• Mentor and train junior electricians to develop their skills
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and site regulations
