Sales Consultant – Travel Money NZ (Wellington)

Join Travel Money NZ as a Sales Consultant and help customers experience the best of travel retail. You will deliver foreign currency solutions, travel money cards and international money transfers to holidaymakers in our Queensgate store and, where required, travel between our other Wellington locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards and international money transfers to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining a high level of accuracy in every transaction.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, listen actively, ask open questions and recommend the most suitable solutions for each holiday.
• Build a loyal customer base and support local marketing initiatives.
• Work flexibly across Travel Money NZ stores, with Queensgate as the primary location.
