Key Responsibilities :

• Payroll Management :  Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Accounts Accrual and Cash Flow :  Monitor and manage accounts accrual and cash flow, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
• Reporting :  Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, providing insights into financial performance and forecasts.
• Office Management :  Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and administrative support.
• Resourcing :  Collaborate with producers to manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring project deadlines and budget requirements are met.
• Basic HR Functions :  Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Team Collaboration :  Work closely with the accounts team and producers to support financial planning and project management.
