Senior, lead role at Accenture New Zealand overseeing SAP MyPolice app development, integration, deployment, monitoring and support across Fiori, SAP PO, BW and SRM until mid‑2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of SAP PO interface queue and errors.
• Logging tickets in Service Now for HR / WFM / Payroll to fix data issues from the interface.
• Application of SAP OSS notes.
• Investigation of issues requiring ABAP debugging and working between FI and HR.
• Investigation of workflow approval issues.
• Support projects for PO activities and investigations.
• Technical support for SRM and ECC issues.
• Technical support for BW issues.
• Body Armour Systems (BAS) interface development and testing.
• Fiori MyOvertime application deployment.
• Alternative MyOvertime application integration in MyPolice.
• Aspect (Comms Centre Workforce Management) interface design, scoping, redesign, development and implementation.
• Integration of Intention to Leave with Leaving Police form.
• SF LMS integration of trainings booked to SAP ECC Attendance.
