BTP and SCM) and work closely with the Regional Demand Head and CROs.Pipeline Orchestration : Consolidate, analyze, and monitor demand from all sources to ensure a balanced and sustainable sales pipeline to bridge R4Q Pipeline gap.Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Digital teams to align demand generation efforts with business priorities and regional goals.Pipeline Health Governance : Track and report on pipeline creation, quality, and conversion; identify gaps against targets and lead actions to close them.Program Coordination : Drive cadence between campaigns, partner activations, and sales plays to avoid overlap and maximize reach and impact.Anchor : Be the key anchor of top programs like APM, LOB, Big bets, etc. to maximize LOB yield from these programs.Enablement : Ensure stakeholders are updated and support the CRO in their DG initiatives.Optimization : Continuously refine the demand process, metrics, and orchestration model to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.Key Skills and CompetenciesStrong understanding of demand generation, sales pipeline dynamics, and funnel metrics.Ability to connect marketing, partner, and sales programs into one unified view.Analytical mindset with experience in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., strong Excel and Presentation Skills).
