Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay : Competitive base salary + monthly commission

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not your average desk job. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers planning local or international moves. There’s no cold calling - just genuine conversations with people who have already reached out for help.

Your day-to-day functions will include :

• Handling inbound enquiries via phone and web
• Providing accurate quotes and information to customers
• Guiding customers through the booking process with care and confidence
• Managing admin tasks linked to booked jobsCoordinating with the operations team to turn great service into unforgettable customer experiences
• Keeping communications organised and up to date
