The Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our restaurant and bar during service—ensuring seamless operations, elevating guest satisfaction, and inspiring our talented team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head Chef and General Manager to uphold our award-winning standards while fostering a culture of warmth and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations : Oversee front-of-house service, reservations, and floor management with grace under pressure.
• Elevate Guest Experience : Anticipate needs, resolve issues swiftly, and create moments that turn first-time visitors into loyal advocates.
• Team Leadership : Mentor servers and hosts, driving performance through training, feedback, and infectious enthusiasm.
• Quality Control : Ensure consistency in service, ambiance, and safety protocols to maintain our award-winning reputation.
• Collaborate : Partner with the kitchen to ensure flawless dish presentation and timing.
• Support Strategy : Contribute to events, promotions, and initiatives that amplify our brand.
