Job Description

Are you a proactive and strategic property professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Wellington for a 12-month fixed‑term contract. This is your opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a nominated property portfolio, including commercial assets. You’ll ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard, manage tenancy agreements, and deliver strategic planning to maximise value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property and facility operations, ensuring compliance and timely action on tenancy obligations.
• Develop and implement business plans, including lifecycle analysis and strategic positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee leasing strategies, minimise vacancies, and negotiate new leases.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and ensure accurate management information systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and facilities teams to enhance property performance.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and sustainability initiatives.
