We’re looking for proactive Depot Supervisors to take the lead in keeping our Auckland depots running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. In these roles, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support teams of drivers and cleaners, and make sure services are delivered to the highest safety and customer service standards.

Lead and support a team of up to 45 drivers and cleaners, ensuring they’re engaged, safe, and delivering great serviceManage daily depot operations : bus dispatch, rosters, parking, and on-the-day service adjustmentsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing processes—making safety a top priority in all interactionsOversee incident management, ensuring quick response, accurate reporting, and a people-first approachPartner with HR, training, and workshop teams to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and fleet maintenanceBuild positive relationships with customers, unions, and contractors while ensuring service and business KPIs are metDrive improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer experienceWhat You’ll Get
