People & Culture Advisor

We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team at Summerset’s Head Office in Wellington. As part of our large and collaborative People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders across the Village Operations Business Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast‑paced environment where your expertise will help shape a positive and inclusive workplace.

Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include

• Deliver fair, consistent, and evidence‑based ER advice, supporting leaders through issues and change management initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to build capability and embed best practice across all aspects of people and culture.
• Collaborate with our P&C Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to implement strategic people initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement and initiatives that enhance psychological safety and wellbeing.

You’re an experienced People & Culture professional who thrives on building strong relationships and providing trusted advice.
