The successful applicant must have the ability to work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a team. Sound interpersonal and organisational skills are required, along with strong cash handling and time management skills.

Your Role : What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and oversee reception shifts, greeting guests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Provide local tourism information and arrange tours / transportation.
• Ensure hotel and guest security.
• Report incidents or concerns to Managers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Liaise with other departments for special requirements.
• Assist other hotel departments as needed.
• Provide leadership in the Front Office department.
• Manage reservations and oversee Front Office tasks.

Hotel : Punakaiki Rocks Hotel & Garden Bar

Location : West Coast - Punakaiki

13 Owen Street, Corner of Owen St & State Highway 6, Punakaiki

Employment Type : Full-Time, permanent waged role. Monday to Sunday rostered.

Hours : 30 hours guaranteed per week
