What you'll be doing

• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
• Ensure high standards of service at all time
• Responsible for opening or closing the venue, knowledge of cash up procedures and reporting
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Be an outgoing approachable leader who motivates and encourages others
• Be an active and contributing member of our management team
