• As the Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our National Office by providing high-quality reception and administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience every time.Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting staff with their day-to-day needs. This is a role where efficiency, organisation, and customer service are front and centre, with a focus on delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction.This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with hours from 8am to 5pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

• To succeed in this role, you will bring :
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive and independent approach to work.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Reception, administration or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.
• Utu ā-tau | Salary
• The mid point of the salary range is $66,557 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $60,216 - $79,869 per annum.
