Now, we're looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to take the wheel and drive growth in the wholesale space.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll :
Lead and inspire a talented sales and technical team.
Drive revenue growth and hit ambitious targets.
Build strong relationships with wholesale partners and expand our customer base.
Oversee machinery sales.
You'll be supported by experienced Sales Leaders, ready to share insights and help you thrive.
What We're Looking For
You're curious, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You know how to create value beyond the product, and you're confident hosting coffee events or jumping behind a machine. Ideally, you've got coffee experience - but if you're coming from FMCG or hospitality sales, we're keen to talk.
You'll also bring :
Proven expertise in lead generation, identifying and creating opportunities and negotiation to drive growth and close deals.
Outstanding communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills that foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Commercial smarts with the ability to balance brand, customer, and business goals.
Emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence managing complex relationships.
A proven people leader with a track record of developing talent, elevating performance and capability, and role-modelling accountability.
