We are looking for a skilled planner to join our Housing and Business Development Group in a full-time, permanent role.

As our Demand Resourcing Planner, you'll provide the insights and tools that empower leaders to make smarter, faster decisions.

By delivering accurate forecasts, optimising resource allocation, and creating visibility through BI dashboards, you'll raise accountability and help teams perform at their best.

Your work will directly influence efficiency, quality, and responsiveness across the organisation, making you a key driver of continuous improvement and high performance.

What's on offer Permanent full-time : Monday to Friday A collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise will help shape future planning He korero mou – About you You'll bring : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and resource capacity planning Proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 3–4 years' experience in planning / resourcing / logistics or similar A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience You'll be confident, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while building strong relationships across the organisation.
