True South Flights is a locally-owned company, offering unforgettable scenic flight experiences to some of New Zealand's most iconic destinations, including Milford Sound, Aoraki / Mt Cook, and the Franz and Tasman Glaciers.

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Flight Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact with our supplier partners, ensuring that every aspect of our customers' journey is seamless and memorable. As a Flight Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a passionate team to guarantee that each customer enjoys the ultimate scenic flight experience.

Qualifications & experience

• Great communicator
• Good understanding of how to get the best from all marketing opportunities
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• Previous experience working in the travel / tourism / hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to deal with people from all walks of life is a necessity
• Moderate level of computer skills essential; use online reservations, OTAs, website admin programs, Microsoft Office suite, Google Calendar
• Experience in a previous administration-based role would be advantageous
