Position Overview

The candidate will determine and develop architectural approaches and solutions, conduct business reviews, document current systems, and develop improvement recommendations. The candidate will take ownership for important and complex projects and be involved in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation, and use of IT across the healthcare sector. You will contribute to overall organisational IT strategy and present feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. The candidate will need to synthesise diverse needs and perspectives of multiple organisations and be able to put forth original and fresh ideas, solutions, and recommendations. The candidate will need to use superior leadership and communication abilities to influence key stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Strategy

• Develop overall architectures to support IT strategy
• Develop roadmaps to transition from current state to future state architecture
• Provide high-level directions that enable mission critical systems to operate safely as well as provide flexibility and speed for innovation
• Gain support from management and stakeholders and communicate these architectures to the organisation at multiple levels to bring about alignment
