Territory Manager Opportunity : Are you ready for your next challenge?

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our high-performing team, covering South Auckland and the Coromandel.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager (UNI), you'll take ownership of a key territory maximising sales, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering outstanding in-store execution across our grocery partners.

Key Responsibilities : Own and drive performance across your sales territory Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and deliver outstanding service Execute strategic sales plans to lift distribution, presence, and displays Achieve or exceed financial targets and contribute to sustainable growth Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance sales efficiencies What you'll bring : Proven experience in sales or territory management, ideally in grocery OR the motivation, energy and drive to kick-start your FMCG sales career Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage at all levels Exceptional relationship-building skills capability A results-driven, collaborative, and positive approach Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using technology, including iPad A full clean driver's licence This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, build your FMCG career, and work with globally recognised brands.
