This role will be responsible of functional project planning from start up to project completion for the area of responsibility and drive manufacturing to plan and quality right first time of all products produced.
Role Responsibilities Include
- Ensure in advance that all drawings contain all the relevant information to ensure the production and project plan is achieved.
- Ensure in advance all materials, moulds, accessories, plant and machinery etc. are readily available in order to achieve the daily and weekly
- Ensure all material and product movements are co-ordinated and effectively controlled.
- To organise and supervise resources directly required for completion of any scheduled task as directed.
- Allocating work to multiple teams or work groups or individuals.
- Daily support, TQ, RFIs and any technical direction to all teams and individuals.
- Ensure product specification, Inspection and testing plans including, concrete mix, cover, dimensions, reinforcement, finish etc. is strictly achieved.
- Liaise with Production Managers and Supervisors to ensure quality procedures and relevant Quality Plans are strictly adhered too.
- Ensuring mould allocation, all materials are available to meet the production plan.
- Manage the production line processes onsite. Ensure that machine availability remains ‘open’ for planned production
What You Will Bring
