• , you’ll be a trusted guide for customers on their sleep health journey. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and uphold our reputation for excellence.##
• Your responsibilities include :
• ## Achieve sales targets while delivering compassionate, solution-focused service
• ## Coach customers through their sleep health journey, offering tailored recommendations
• ## Stay up to date with ResMed’s product training and knowledge
• ## Manage client follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
• ## Ensure clinic presentation meets high standards—stock management, cleanliness, and organization
• ## Maintain and reprocess trial equipment
• ## Liaise confidently with third parties when needed## ##
• What You Bring
• ## We’re looking for someone who is :
• ## Experienced : Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service, with multitasking skills
• ## Detail-oriented : POS, cash handling, and visual merchandising experience
• ## Calm & compassionate : Able to support customers with empathy, even under pressure
• ## A strong communicator : Adaptable, confident, and solution-focused
• ## Tech-savvy : Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech is a plus
