The Role

We're looking for an experienced Online Shopper / Delivery driver to deliver outstanding customer service every time.

This is a hands-on role on the shop floor, picking groceries for customers and delivering them in our chilled van.

Key Responsibilities

Picking online grocery orders, delivering groceries to customers and then supporting store in grocery if needed

Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient service at all times

• Handle customer queries and orders.
• work flexibly in a team
• Complete end-of-day and evening close procedures for online department
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation, food safety and health & safety

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have :

Previous online or grocery experience – essential
