Your Mission
We're looking for someone to join the Marketing department who's kind, creative, and smart.
Your mission is to strengthen New Zealand Mint’s position as New Zealand's leading bullion investment services provider by bridging strategy and execution across brand, campaign, digital, and product initiatives.
You will ensure every launch is strategically aligned, every campaign impactful, and every customer interaction clearly communicates our premium brand promise.
Acting as a key leader within the marketing team, you will directly support the Chief Marketing Officer.
Accountabilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Develop and lead strategic go-to-market plans specifically tailored to NZ Mint’s premium client, retail bullion, wholesale bullion, and effigy segments.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and operations for seamless execution.
Brand Awareness & Acquisition
Drive initiatives to grow awareness of the NZ Mint brand in both domestic and international markets.Lead campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition and engagement across target segments.Campaign Execution & Coordination
Execute cohesive brand and promotional campaigns across digital, owned, and retail channels.Ensure messaging consistency and premium customer experiences across all touch-points.Sales Enablement
Collaborate with the sales team to create high-impact collateral, messaging, and toolkits tailored to retail investors, wholesale clients, effigy clients, and custom project clients.Drive best-in‑class CRM processes and customer management strategies.Ensure a best-in-class customer experience across all online and offline touch‑points.Team Leadership & Operational Support
Act as key support to the Chief Marketing Officer, managing priority projects and assisting in long‑term strategic planning.Qualifications and Experience
5+ years’ experience in marketing roles with emphasis on brand, digital, and campaign execution.Proven experience in premium consumer brands or financial services environments.Demonstrated leadership of integrated marketing initiatives achieving measurable outcomes.Key Competencies (Soft Skills)
