Job descriptionProven experience in site / project management, specifically in the construction sector, ideally interiors / refurb. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and costs effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Overview
Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a great team, managing interiors projects throughout the Waikato region. If you have a strong background in project management and a solid commercial (QS) understanding of the construction industry, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interiors projects ranging from $500k to $4 million.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of contracts management, from pre-construction to project completion.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
