As part of our team your responsibilities would include :
Responsibilities
- Employs best practices in health and safety and makes sure that all staff members do the same.
- Coaches the other members of the FoH staff, so they perform at their best at all times.
- Determines how much stock to order and maintains an appropriate supply at the restaurant and bar.
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings.
- Ensures that the bar and restaurant is clean and the equipment is maintained.
- Takes direction and works with the kitchen administrative team.
- Tracks inventory and prime costs through computer system.
- Free staff meal and drink with every shift.
- Small team.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience managing FoH staffExperience managing stock and orderingExcellent knowledge of food and drink hygiene regulationsA valid work visaPlease email your CV and cover letter to
