About The Role
Step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise and operational insight will directly influence emergency care delivery. As Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM), you will support the Emergency Department’s daily operations while coaching and guiding a dedicated team of emergency nurses.
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership, drive high standards of patient care, and contribute to service goals that improve outcomes and flow. The role includes active participation in a leadership roster, including after‑hours, weekends, and public holidays. This is a pivotal opportunity to lead from within, develop others, and contribute to the direction of emergency nursing in a regional hospital setting.
