Technical Lead / IT Ops Manager

In this role, you’ll :

• Build our IT operations capability across our existing applications which include Microsoft 365, our CRM Hubspot and current Core Banking system
• Have a role in defining and delivering our Digital Roadmap as we look to modernise our banking technology
• Manage vendor relationships and controls as well as be across budgeting and forecasts
• Build and maintain relevant IT documentation and build out our knowledge base
• Play a visible role in governance, incident management, security and risk management as well as vendor management
• Build and mature CI / CD and deliver outcomes through a mix of in-house and vendor delivery
• Provide input and support our transformation projects, including cloud and SaaS adoption
• Be the guardian of our Cyber and Information Security including uplifting our capabilities and position and ensuring adherence to ISO27001
