Wellington Windows & Doors is looking to expand our manufacturing team with experienced Aluminium Joiners & Glaziers at our busy factory in Porirua. We have openings available for multiple positions. This full‑time role will involve the manufacture of high‑quality aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Cutting, assembling and fabricating aluminium windows and doors according to specifications
• Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and customer expectations
• Collaborating with the pre‑production team to manufacture custom joinery
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience manufacturing aluminium joinery, but this is not essential. We will consider all applicants with the right attitude who have previous manufacturing or tools experience from other sectors.
