Finance Manager

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in the Greenhawk team by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This role oversees key financial functions including payroll, management reporting, compliance, and KPI analysis. This Finance Manager also drives process improvements, contributing to the overall success of Greenhawk's operations and performance metrics.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
Preparing monthly financial reports and presenting key findings to senior management
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Providing strategic financial advice to support the organisation's growth and development
Manage and support a junior resource in executing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the Accounting industry

Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficient in the use of financial software and technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an easily digestible format

A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams

A recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent)
