Job Summary

At PwC New Zealand, the Transformation Design and Delivery team is looking for a Director to lead major transformation programmes across diverse clients and industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major transformation programmes, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure successful transformations.
• Utilise both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high‑quality outcomes while managing initiatives within budget, scope and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor in project steering and advisory roles, performing health‑checks, rescuing troubled projects and building deep stakeholder relationships.
• Drive successful organisational change and technology adoption by developing and implementing robust change‑management plans, strategies and interventions.
