Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrator to join our Mt Wellington depot. This role is key to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across our warehouse and transport activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily administrative duties including data entry, filing, and general documentation.
  • Process and verify stock documentation such as invoices, delivery dockets, and consignment notes.
  • Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory and stock‑movement records.
  • Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and collections.
  • Prepare and distribute operational documents including reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing weekly billing to ensure accuracy.
  • Support Health & Safety and Quality Assurance processes as required.
  • Provide general office and reception support, including answering calls and responding to enquiries.

Hours of work : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm.

Qualifications

About You

  • Previous experience in administration, logistics support, or a warehousing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cold storage or food distribution operations is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive team player with a can‑do attitude.
