Accounts Receivable - Credit Control

You’ll chase overdue payments, manage credit limits, and build positive relationships with our customers — all while keeping records accurate and developing a smooth process to follow.

What you’ll do :

• Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up promptly.
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.
• Prepare debt reports and aged debtor analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve account issues.
