As a Senior Personal Banker, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers with their lending needs, guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions they'll ever make.

• What will your day look like You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and be part of a team that values collaboration, encourages fresh ideas, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for each customer.

Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals Provide clear, considered advice on lending options, insurance, and investments Be the go-to person in branch for complex queries and home loan advice Support and coach junior team members to develop their confidence Identify and connect with new customers through local networking and referrals Ou Pukenga?

We're looking for someone who's motivated and keen to grow.

Experienced in home lending and bring transferable customer-focused skills.

Strong communication skills and a natural way of making others feel at ease Confidence in discussing financial products in a clear and meaningful way Experience in a Home Lending role A genuine commitment to helping others achieve their goals The ability to juggle tasks, stay organised and show initiative A positive attitude and a desire to keep learning If you don't tick every box – that's okay.
