New Home Sales & Design Build Consultant

Are you a confident, driven sales professional with a passion for helping clients bring their dream home to life? Ultimate Builders is experiencing growth across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Canterbury regions, and we’re looking for an experienced New Home Sales or Design & Build Consultant to join our expanding team.

About the Role

With a large catchment area and options to work from one of our three Show Homes in Ngāruawāhia, Putāruru, or Tauranga, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients looking to build their new home.

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire design and build process — from initial inquiry and concept discussions through to contract signing. A pool vehicle is available from our Putāruru Office for client meetings and site visits.

This role reports directly to our Sales Manager.

What We’re Looking For

We are ideally seeking someone who :

• Is confident, self‑assured, and highly capable of driving their own sales performance
• Builds strong relationships and communicates with ease
• Is motivated by uncapped earnings and consistently exceeding targets
• Is comfortable working weekends — two weekends on, one weekend off, with weekday days off provided
• Is seeking a long‑term, growth‑focused role within a dynamic and expanding business

This role would suit someone who has the maturity and confidence to operate independently, take ownership of their sales pipeline, and back themselves to close deals.
