Healthcare Assistant - District Nursing

About the role

Under the direction of the Senior Nurse on shift, you will work alongside a District Nurse in the community, undertake some clerical duties, restocking and ordering of supplies and general needs to ensure the smooth running of the department.

About you

• with previous healthcare experience

• who are well organised and have excellent communication skills
• with a full, clean driver's licence.

It is important that candidates are motivated, flexible, have a level of maturity about them and of course plenty of enthusiasm. Experience working with people in a caring capacity is also essential, whether that experience is gained from within a professional environment, or from caring for children or family members. Our induction includes a two-day training programme to ensure you are fully equipped to under the role as a valuable part of the team.
