About the role
Based within one secondary school, this role coordinates and delivers two integrated youth development programmes designed to support young people as they transition into secondary school and progress through their next stage of development.
You will be the consistent presence on site, building strong relationships, facilitating activities and experiences, guiding young people through their development journey, and supporting peer leaders.
The working pattern is typically four days at the school and one day in the office, with peak activity aligning to school terms. A comprehensive induction is provided, including buddy support and national training.
