Full-Time Clinical Manager | 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday | Bupa Parkstone, Ilam, Christchurch

Lead with purpose and heart in this full-time Clinical Manager role at our Bupa Parkstone Care Home based in Ilam, Christchurch. You’ll guide a dedicated team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centred care every day. With the stability of a Monday to Friday schedule , you’ll have the space to focus on what you do best : leading clinical excellence, supporting your nursing team, and driving quality outcomes across the home.

We’re looking for a Clinical Manager, Unit Coordinator or Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience in aged care, someone confident in managing clinical systems, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture where quality and compassion go hand in hand. Your sound clinical judgment, strong communication, and ability to inspire others will make you thrive in this role.

Where You will Make an Impact

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in a 98‑bed care home across rest home, hospital and dementia level of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers and nurses to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, lead in‑service education sessions for staff, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
