The Space You’ll Own

As the Operations & Engagement Coordinator, you become the organisational backbone – the person who ensures meetings, conversations and ideas turn into tidy, actionable outcomes.

This is a varied, energising role across operations, sales enablement, onboarding, workflow coordination, documentation and culture. You’ll be the steady hand in a fast-moving environment : two steps ahead, capturing detail, building structure and creating the systems that help a start-up scale without losing its heart.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support sales and revenue activity with polished proposals, tidy follow-ups and accurate CRM updates
• Turn meeting notes and recordings into clear next steps, documents and follow-through
• Build simple templates, workflows and shared systems that lift efficiency and reduce noise
• Keep the founders organised, prepared and focused on the highest-value work
• Contribute to an organised, warm, positive office culture – including small events, logistics and the “little things” that make work feel good

Who You Are

You’ll likely come from operations, coordination, project support, events, recruitment coordination or EA / PA work – especially in founder-led or fast-moving environments. You’re tech-confident, people-savvy, curious and detail-obsessed. You think ahead, stay calm in ambiguity and deliver tidy outcomes with strong communication and follow-through. You enjoy being the person others rely on – the one who brings order, structure and energy.

Simply put, we’re looking for a special human with genuine organisational superpowers.
