Join the team as the Head of Platform & Operations to lead and drive continuous improvement to IT operations, ensuring they are effective, affordable, and aligned with Bluecurrent’s strategy.

Key responsibilities include :

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Business Support Solution platforms. Ensuring platform health requirements are understood and being met by their responsible owners.
• Manage IT services to meet business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage the performance of service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service management processes and practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT service management processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection standards.
• Manage resources effectively to meet committed company business objectives and the product roadmap.
• Provide regular reports on IT service performance and improvement initiatives.
• Budget, manage and control Digital Opex (Direct and Indirect)

You will prioritise providing leadership and guidance to the team, creating an innovative and collaborative environment.
