We’re looking for a Change Lead who will play a pivotal role in delivering effective and meaningful transformations across Fisher Funds. Acting as the bridge between project teams and the business, you’ll ensure that technical, operational, and process changes are successfully implemented, adopted, and sustained—enhancing operational efficiency and client confidence.
This role is critical to enabling operational excellence, building trust through embracing change, and supporting projects and initiatives that underpin our clients’ investment journeys—from onboarding through KiwiSaver to managing retirement portfolios. You’ll apply structured change management methodologies to support outcomes such as system migrations, workflow redesigns, and technology upgrades, while driving readiness and engagement across the organisation.
What You’ll Do :
- Own the change management workstream within projects and operations-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and objectives.
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) to guide teams through transitions and embed new ways of working.
- Act as the conduit between project teams and business units, translating technical changes into practical impacts for end users.
- Champion best-practice change disciplines as part of our Projects and in day-to-day routines.
Change Planning & Execution
Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored plans for communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate readiness activities, including testing support, signoffs, and go-live preparation.Monitor adoption and provide feedback loops to project teams for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with project managers, technical leads, operational leaders, and business stakeholders to integrate change activities into project delivery.Build strong relationships across the organisation to foster collaboration and commitment to change.Capability Uplift

Change Management Expertise : Demonstrated experience leading the change component of complex projects using structured methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR preferred).
