Guest Service Agent - Food & Beverage (Part time)

ANew Zealand-owned and operated hotel in Auckland Airport Precinct is looking for part‑time Guest Service Agents who are passionate about interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. If you enjoy a varied and busy shift, have energy to spare, and are keen to refine your hospitality skills, this role is for you!

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for serving guests in the hotel's restaurant and bar area, as well as assisting in the conference center with events and functions.

Key responsibilities :

• Serving food and drinks
• Taking orders and clearing tables
• Serving at the bar and handling room‑service orders
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

The employer is looking for team members who have experience working in a restaurant with à la carte service . You should be highly attentive to detail, reliable, well‑presented, and eager to learn. You must also be hardworking and physically able to handle a role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the day.
