HR Admin Assistant @ One North (Entry level, Onboarding Data)

Duration : 3 months, extendable / convertible

Working Location : One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours : 08.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thu), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving HR data for existing staff in myHR
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services
• Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
• Adhoc duties as per assigned
