About the Role

You’ll be joining a dedicated and ambitious team of Quality Assurance Engineers playing a key role in shaping the future of our platforms through robust testing and engineering practices. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll contribute to solution planning and delivery, optimisation of systems quality and service.

You will work closely with our wider Technology Services team using your awareness and experience of agile architecture frameworks, documentation and modelling. You will be required to have a hands‑on attitude, demonstrate strong leader ability and proven facilitation and negotiation skills.

Your responsibilities will also include :

• Ensure security, performance and data integrity standards are upheld.
• Lead the definition and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Actively contribute to quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities
• Contribute to the training and education of peers, business units and stakeholders.
