As we accelerate our growth, we’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer who brings exceptional commercial acumen, comprehensive capital strategy capability, and the energy to operate with both ambition and high‑quality execution in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
This is a pivotal executive role partnering closely with our Co‑CEOs, Board, and leadership team to guide Tend through its next phase of expansion, with the support of our investors.

Lead Tend’s capital strategy, modelling, investment cases, and managing relationships with our high‑calibre investor base.Ensure Tend remains well‑positioned for sustainable growth through disciplined planning, cash flow management, and capital allocation.M&A and integration leadership
Drive our M&A strategy - sector engagement, valuation modelling, due diligence, deal execution, and integration readiness.Drive a consistent, scalable approach to acquisitions that strengthens Tend’s network and accelerates our strategic footprint.Network‑wide performance uplift
Lead financial performance and operational discipline across the network.Elevate organisational planning, forecasting, and reporting to support better, faster decisions across all functions.What you’ll bring
Senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, Group FC or equivalent within a medium to large, networked or multi‑entity organisation.A track record of driving commercial performance, margin improvement, and organisational uplift.Proven end‑to‑end M&A capability - modelling, diligence, dealmaking, integration, and external stakeholder engagement.Demonstrated experience in capital strategy, investor engagement, and funding environments within an expansive business.Strong commercial judgement, communication skills, and the ability to operate calmly and decisively in a fast‑moving environment at pace.Ability to communicate complex ideas simply across the business, and drive measurable outcomes.A detail‑driven, systems‑oriented mindset with the ability to zoom out and shape long‑term strategy.A leadership style that aligns with Tend’s purpose and characteristics, such as being Bold, Collaborative, Innovative, and Compassionate.Chartered Accountant qualification and the relevant tertiary education.If you would like to discuss this opportunity in confidence before applying, please contact William on , or email
