Sidhwan Transport is looking for an office Manager for their office in Auckland
This is a full time role with a minimum of 30 hours gauranteedKey Responsibilities :
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results, setting priorities as per workloads and maintaining the service standards
Maintaining the accurate staff ratio by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees.
Managing day to day administration and financial transactions
Monitoring the clerical functions
Maintaining sound relationship with the Head Office and other groups
Attending the meetings with professionals to initiate the new contracts and negotiate the deals and payment terms, resolving the problems
Maintains the professional and technical knowledge by attending the relevant workshops, participating in professional meetings
Maintains the stability and reputation of the company by complying with legal requirements.
Keeping and maintaining the records and day to day accounts
To ensure the right allocation of work place and equipment supply Have clear understanding of company guidelines and perform the task, meeting the relevant policies and procedures
To ensure the compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
To ensure the office stationery stock and required accessories and telecommunication products are in stock all the time for the uninterrupted operations.
Preparing the shift rosters as per availability of the employees
Conducting and reviewing the performance of the staff and prepare the reports.
Provide the training if required to enhance the productivity of the staff
Assist in Hiring of staff
Requirements
A relevant qualification or 2 years of relevant experience is essential
Any Bachelors qualification may be considered
Good Communication skills and time managenent.
