Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Bank Manager to oversee daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, deep banking knowledge, and a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all branch activities including operations, customer service, sales, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of banking staff including officers, tellers, and relationship managers.
• Ensure the branch meets or exceeds business targets in areas like deposits, loans, cross-selling, and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and local businesses.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Oversee daily cash flow, security protocols, and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding branch performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations.
